Emily has been a research practitioner for more than 17 years. Working with diverse clients such as HMRC, American Express, Citroen, Peugeot, Nuffield Health, Mattel, Netflix and Sky, Emily has helps brands understand how to effectively engage with their current, lapsed and prospective customers with the ultimate aim of influencing behaviour. She uses the latest tools and innovations from using biometrics to get a deeper measure of people’s response to new concepts and uses real time mobile feedback to understand consumer perceptions. Prior to joining Intrinsic Emily headed up the communications and brand research team at Future Thinking and has worked at IPSOS and GfK conducting research across the UK, Europe, US, China and Middle East.
